Crepes 

Now I realise I don’t normally do breakfasts, but I am trying to be good and not have anymore toast in the morning or any processed cereal.

Today, we made paleo crepes with 2tbsp of coconut flour, 4 eggs, 1/2 a cup of water and 2tbsp of coconut oil, all whisked together before cooking in the pan.

  
Pretty easy to make and quick to whip up. I had mine with some fresh strawberries and honey. Yum!
