First off is the mushrooms, filled with goats cheese and chives. The trick is not to cook them too much as cooking cheese too much can have a negative effect…and is technically bad, but you’ve got to give yourself little treats! Leave them in the grill just long enough for the top cheese to melt.
For our main we had crab and salad. None of us particularly liked the crab but I suppose it depends where it comes from and the season, just like prawns. We served it with rocket and some organic vine tomatoes, and some butter and chive potatoes, which were very yum.
