Today we had spaghetti for dinner. We like this dish as it’s pretty simple and allows you to cheat a little (shhhh, don’t tell anyone). You can buy your pasta (ours today was a bit different), gluten-free pasta is easy enough to find…even in France. We used a quinoa and tomato pasta with some organic beef mince and an organic tomato pasta sauce with added mushrooms, garlic and chilli. All topped off with some grated, hard, goats cheese.
