Spaghetti Bolognese  

Today we had spaghetti for dinner. We like this dish as it’s pretty simple and allows you to cheat a little (shhhh, don’t tell anyone). You can buy your pasta (ours today was a bit different), gluten-free pasta is easy enough to find…even in France. We used a quinoa and tomato pasta with some organic beef mince and an organic tomato pasta sauce with added mushrooms, garlic and chilli. All topped off with some grated, hard, goats cheese.

  1. you are kept very busy with all the food recipes which I read every day but I am afraid I do not cook them !! I expect you are making the most of the sunshine. We are going on holiday on Friday so will not see you until the end of the month. Love Nan and Grandad. XXX
