Prawn cocktail

I’m afraid that tea yesterday wasn’t all to exciting as it was warm outside and we didn’t fancy cooking. We also went out shopping to buy some clothes for the warm, tropical weather, which we haven’t packed for as we are in central Brittany! We also brought some prawns in Super U, now I know that we should by the uncooked grey ones…however the hob and oven here are a little unpredictable so thought it best not to push our luck! We did buy the ones with the skins on though! The salad part of our cocktail was made up of rocket, some orange tomatoes and some spring onions. We also made our own seafood sauce by adding some paprika and pepper to some organic mayonaise. Simple yet tasty.
