Stir-fried chicken and halloumi

This was tea one night last week…really just a combination of what we had in the cupboards at the time…its meals like these that end up packed full of wholesome veg that needs eating up…actually one of the healthiest meals I eat every week. In this saucepan I think there is a combination of different colours of pepper, some kale, chicken, dairy free halloumi and possibly even more veg that I can’t remember!!!! Add whatever you want…I’m sure it will all work! We topped this all off with some sesame seeds and cashew nuts, great for healing and keeping your skin healthy.
