Vegetables

So when got home yesterday, dinner was some potatoes, carrots and Brussels sprouts, just roasted and put on a plate…however we decided we could do a bit better.

This meal pretty much just used up everything we had in the cupboard so feel free to adjust to what you have. We started off with a layer of roast potatoes and carrots…we then added Brussels, onions and some cherry tomatoes…topping it all off with some sheeps’ cheese grated. Very yummy!!! So the message of all this is you never have nothing in your cupboard…and, you will have to break it to the Chinese takeout or the fish and chip shop, you can always make something nice and healthy!!!
