Vegetables are great, eat as many as you can.

Don’t listen when people say that “those fruits are bad for you because of their sugar levels”, that is unprocessed sugar and the vitamins inside are vital.

Anyway back to vegetables, for tea today we had roasted veg, potato, leek, turnip crisps (thinly sliced turnip which are surprisingly nice!), onion and sweet potato. Obviously covered with chilli powder and garlic since they are both great at keeping your body balanced. We have also found some organic, dairy-free (they all should be but you never know with supermarkets) mayonnaise that tastes delicious, at out local health food store in Wickham called The Wonky Pot.

I start college on Monday, so the packed lunches to follow should be interesting!!!!!
