Tomato soup with sourdough bread

Tea tonight was a simple tomato soup. Really easy to make, just chuck what ever veg you want (roasted first is best) into a blender with some garlic and vegetable stock (don’t forget to check the label for the hidden chemicals on the back, never buy the cubes as they are very salty, they do an organic liquid vegetable stock at Morrison’s that is good, or purchase it from a local organic, health shop). Soups are a really good thing to do with a gluten-free bread and soya butter, and great since you don’t have to add and dairy, if you need to add liquid add soya milk or soya single cream. They are a great way of getting your five-a-day.
